This pregnancy pillow is a satisfyingly squashy, breathable, and ergonomic maternity pillow that’s designed to support you comfortably throughout your pregnancy. It molds to your body shape and keeps you aligned so that tension can melt away, helping you sleep better through every trimester.

The responsive natural Melofoam™ in our pregnancy body pillow, cradles the shape of your body to create a sense of calm. This breathable foam gives the maternity pillow a soothing and cooling sensation, while preventing pain in your belly, lower back, pelvis, knees, and ankles.

The maternity pillow is packed with therapeutic benefits but it doesn’t compromise on style. Our full body pregnancy pillows comes with a removable, 100% organic cotton cover in white. Additional covers are available in our signature Napper and Hugget colors, so you can coordinate your perfect sleep sanctuary!

Materials

The maternity pillow is made from our innovative GOLS-certified Melofoam™, which is an all-natural, satisfyingly squashy rubber foam. It’s made by tapping sap directly from organic hevea trees in Sri Lanka, which is collected in coconuts and gently steamed to produce a spongey, airy foam. The entire process is completely natural and the rubber trees live for decades. Any waste (like water and the coconut husks used to collect the sap) is reused in the farming process to help new trees to grow.

The responsive Melofoam™ maternity body pillow is encased in a removable, washable, GOTS-certified 100% organic cotton cover in a fresh white hue.

We never use any harmful chemicals or pesticides when growing materials or making our products, so you can rest easy knowing that you’re cuddling up with the next best thing to nature.

Care

We recommend washing the maternity pillow cover cold with mild detergent and tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

I've tried body-pillows, so many times. And they've failed me, every time, until the Cuddler. For the last year, I've been having trouble sleeping, and the only thing that worked was a complicated system of pillows: One behind me, one (memory foam) between my knees to keep my hips from complaining, another clutched to my chest. (Yeah, I'm a high-maintenance sleeper. Busted. Plus I'm nearly 60.) I'm going to suggest there's another Cuddler position: The "Inverted Half Spoon." Held in front, down through the knees, and up behind the back. (Some of the base-body-pillow sites describe this as the 'saddle' mode, but that's not quite right. Anyway, the success of this is that I have, for the first time in more months than I can recount, actually slept late. Several times in the last week, I woke up before I meant to, just adjusted my position a little, maybe pulled my Tree Napper a little higherâ€”and drifted off again. That hadn't been happening before, when gradual discomforts would just drive me from my bed. What's more, when I finally woke up with the Cuddler, I actually felt well-rested. Time will tell whether the Cuddler's foam core holds up, and I did want to wait a full week before writing a review, but I have to say I'm very happy with it right now. (Also, it's a very nice back-cushion for my recliner, snaked twice behind me, with one end to a side so I can lean on it.) I'd have to say the nicest thing about the "melofoam" is that is seems to hit that sweet spot between squishiness and firmness. Hope it lasts.

How to use a pregnancy pillow and what is its purpose?

What is the Bearaby Cuddler pregnancy pillow made of?

Our Cuddler is about as natural as it gets. It’s filled with satisfyingly squashy Melofoam™, which is a responsive foam made from sap tapped directly from rubber trees in Sri Lanka. The sap is collected in coconuts and gently steamed to form a bouncy, breathable foam. It’s a completely zero-waste process, and our Cuddler is fully biodegradable and compostable. Melofoam™ is GOLS-certified, which means it’s completely organic, socially responsible, and traceable through every step of the supply chain.

The outer shell of our Cuddler is made from our supersoft GOTS-certified organic cotton. We are committed to using only 100% organic cotton as it makes a better life for the people who grow it, and a better product for the people who use it. Organic cotton also uses 90% less water than conventional farming methods, so it’s kinder to the planet, too.

How do I clean my Cuddler pregnancy body pillow?

We don’t recommend machine washing the inner Melofoam™ of your Cuddler, but you can wash the Cuddler cover cold with mild detergent and tumble dry low. Do not bleach.
